Polaris is a master planned mixed-use development covering 1,200 acres on both sides of Interstate 71, two miles north of I-270 in Ohio's Capital City, Columbus. It is in Delaware County, Ohio's fastest growing county.

With more than 4 million square feet of office space and over 3.6 million square feet of retail, Polaris is the largest mixed-use development in Central Ohio with over 30,000 people presently employed and excellent demographics.

Polaris Parkway is the center and most important link of a major east/west roadway system in rapidly growing Southern Delaware County, linking Powell Road and U.S. Route 23, from the west, and Cleveland Avenue and State Route 3, from the east, directly to Interstate 71.

And with the opening of Gemini Place in 2006, Polaris is the only development in Central Ohio served by two full interchanges.

Capital improvements completed or under construction at this time in exceed $800 million with the total build out value potentially exceeding $2 billion.

Since the interchange opened in 1991, hundreds of buildings have been built totaling over 8 million square feet of space with over 180 companies currently located at Polaris.

The final build out expected to have over 2,000 hotel rooms, 8 million square feet of office space and 6 million square feet of retail space as Office, Retail, Hospitality, and Lifestyle unite to create one of the Nation's most dynamic developments. The 20 mile trade area is expected to grow form 1.4 million people to over 1.5 million in the next five years.
