This is the first vertical mixed use project at Polaris. It features 35,000 sq. ft. of street front retail/restaurant space, a hospitality component, +/-200,000 sq. ft. of office space and 370 high-end apartments all with parking garage access. The street front retail will be along Gemini Place and Lyra Drive directly across from Polaris Fashion Place Mall with corporate office suites ready for build-out above the retail. The site is across from Cabela's, Costco and just west of IKEA's site on Gemini Place.
