The Westar Neighborhood Retail Center is located at the signalized intersection of Worthington Road and Polaris Parkway (east of I-71). Worthington Road is a major artery used by the residential population to the north of Polaris. The City of Columbus added a signal at Polaris Parkway and Olde Worthington Road. This puts the shopping center in-between two signalized intersections. Fresh Thyme Farmer's Market, Mutts & Co, Jimmy Johns, 101 Beer Kitchen, Duck Donuts, Orange Theory Fitness and Buffalo Wild Wings are all open at the shopping center. The site is close to residential population that surrounds Polaris and the office population in Westerville and Polaris. The City of Westerville built the Worthington Road Extension, which connects Polaris Parkway to County Line Road to the south. The road extension increases the accessibility to the site and makes it even easier for the residential population to the south and north to get to our site. Building G a +/-6,598 sq. ft. building along Worthington Road is home to Barry Bagel, Clean Juice and Cycle Bar. The tenants in the shopping center are Urban Float, Simply Rolled Ice Cream, Namaste, Chicken Salad Chick and Weight Watchers.
