If you’ve ever found yourself craving a slice of pizza at lunch or after hours at Polaris, your late-night dreams are about to come true. Mikey’s Late Night Slice, the Columbus-based pizza joint known for its unapologetically bold flavors and party vibe, is expanding once again—this time to The Galaxy at Polaris.

Set to open in early 2026 in Polaris, the Polaris location will be the tenth Mikey’s location in Ohio. Polaris will host its own slice haven at The Galaxy, a new mixed-use development. “Mikey’s is throwing a Pizza Party and everyone’s invited!” said founder Mikey Sorboro in a recent press release. “We’ve always been dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences, whether you’re out for a debaucherous night or looking for a sensible lunchtime pie. We’re beyond excited to bring the Late Night Slice flavor to Polaris, and hope you are too.”

“Our goal with the Galaxy project is to bring the best of class in restaurants, especially local favorites like Mikey’s, to a suburban location that is yearning for organically grown restaurants, not national chains,” NP Managing Director Franz Geiger said in the release. “With the finest local concepts and Ohio’s first Puttshack, the Galaxy will be an entertainment hub for Polaris and Central Ohio.”

Mikey’s will deliver what Mikey’s fans love most: 18-inch New York-style pizzas, a full-service bar, and those signature late-night hours perfect for satisfying post-party cravings or lunch break indulgence.
