Similar in concept, to The Pointe at POLARIS, The Galaxy at POLARIS is a multi-phase mixed use development creating a dynamic destination where residents and visitors can live, dine, and play in a vibrant, mixed-use environment. The grand opening event on Oct. 9, 2025 marked the completion of the $145-million first phase, featuring a a six-story building with 289 "modern" apartments, a 737-space parking garage, ground-floor retail, and rental space for events. The development, created by NP Limited Partnership, also includes 10 acres of outdoor green space, including a walking path, park and pond. To pay homage to the site's musical legacy, there is also a new amphitheater area to host regular events for residents and the general public, such as live music and workout classes. The Galaxy at POLARIS is located next to IKEA and TopGolf at 8770 Galaxy Way.
